Thanks for all you do for our Mason County community! As you may know, Rock 4 Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing Mason County Animal Shelter pet adoptions, promoting responsible pet ownership, and reducing pet overpopulation by funding spay and neuter surgeries.

To fulfill this mission, we volunteer directly with the animals and raise funds to support lifesaving programs. Our work is strengthened by local businesses who understand — as we do — that animal welfare is an important part of a thriving and compassionate community. Highlights of our 2025 accomplishments include:

·        Logged 700+ volunteer hours supporting the Mason County Animal Shelter, including Doggo Days Out, fostering, transport, print and social media management, enrichment, and daily care

·        Contributed $18,000+ toward lifesaving veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, heartworm tests, microchips, vaccinations, and deworming for shelter and community dogs (plus some cats!)

·        Partnered with the Shelter to facilitate 209 dog adoptions, reunifications, and rescue placements

·        As of November 2025, the Mason County Animal Shelter was operating at its lowest capacity since Rock 4 Rescue was founded in 2022! This suggests that our hard work to further our mission is having a real impact on the community & dogs.

As a corporate sponsor, your business will receive visibility benefits at our marquee community events — including the Mutt Strutt at Ford Acres Farm and the Rock 4 Rescue Benefit Concert — along with social media promotion, website recognition, and other engagement opportunities.

We are offering four sponsorship tiers for 2026, each with increasing visibility and engagement benefits. A detailed tier sheet is enclosed, and we are happy to discuss custom or issue-aligned partnership opportunities (e.g.: themed partnership; earmarked donation; spay/neuter drive).

All donations are tax-deductible, and as an all-volunteer organization, 100% of event proceeds go directly to supporting the animals.

As a sponsor, you will receive something of value in exchange for your contribution. Per IRS guidelines, Rock 4 Rescue will estimate the fair market value of the things(s) of value and provide a receipt designating which portions of the sponsorship are tax deductible.

All sponsors are acknowledged on social media throughout the year and are recognized on the Rock 4 Rescue website.
